A day has only 24 hours. Almost every hour I am awake, I think, feel and live food. Not infrequently, I also dream of food. Yes, I’m obsessed. My obsession comes from a true passion for food. I believe the most important ingredient for being a truly good chef is, without doubt, a personal love of food. I like to eat, often and a lot. My philosophy of food is based on a few rules. It should be good. It should be simple. It should be natural – in the right way. And I love cheap cuts of meat. In this book I’ve collected my best recipes and shared my experiences from my career and my restaurants, Rolfs Kök and AG. Welcome, and may you also become obsessed with food!
