Summer in Jamie’s kitchen means fresh salads made of beets, watermelon or shrimps, and light pasta dishes flavoured with lemon and capers. It’s high season for outdoor cooking – the smells of barbecued fish, chicken and lamb tempt appetites after lazy days on the beach. The English chef Jamie Oliver is well known in Sweden. We have seen him as an enthusiastic chef on television and have prepared recipes from his many cookbooks.
